All checks must clear before products will ship. $30 NSF Charge for all returned checks.

Shipping in US and Canada. Canadian rates determined at the time of shipping.

Our standard delivery service is USPS Priority Mail. Once orders are received, products in stock will ship in 1-2 business days. Please allow 5 business days for delivery. All out of stock products will ship in 5 business days.

If paying by a personal or business check, orders will ship after the check has been received and cleared. For orders totaling over $150, the standard delivery charge will be 9% of total order Rush Delivery Service If express delivery services are requested, please add an additional $25 for overnight service.

Returns:

Illusions Cosmetics does not accept returns at this time. NO EXCEPTIONS. Color representation is illustrated as accurately as possible. Actual color may vary (if so, a note about color will be visible on our website) All sales final except on foundations and powders.
