If a product does not meet your expectations and it has not been used, you may return it for a full refund within 15 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, the original shipping fee is not refundable.   We cannot accept returns on any used products at this time.   To initiate a return, kindly email us at  Processing time for returns takes up to 10 business days from the time the return is received.


Please note that only products purchased from will be accepted for return. Products at trade shows, and beauty events may not be returned.  Illusions palettes and custom palettes cannot be returned at this time. 

Exchanges may be made on products that have not been used. Please treat exchanges like returns and email to initiate the exchange.

Please order carefully.

We regret that we must limit orders to no more than 3 units for any item.



We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to the state of  Maryland, .



Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday,  10:00am - 5:00pm EST, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays

At this time, all shipping is limited to the United States, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam,  and Nigeria. 

All US orders are shipped via USPS, the United States Postal Service. All shipments to Nigeria are via FedEx


·         Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped Express or Expedited Service and include a $15 shipping surcharge



Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.  If products are out of stock, orders may ship in 5-7 business days after being processed. Likewise, orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will be processed on the next business day.

When possible, orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be processed the same day if received by 12 Noon EST.   Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days only.  



After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt.  You can view the status of your order by visiting and logging in to My Account with your user ID and password. Click on “view my order.”


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING can only ship orders within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, Canada, and the UK..  All International orders are shipped via FedEx.
